Being a victim of acute panic attacks I can understand the anxiety and fear that you live with everyday. The fear of the unknown of when a panic attack may come at you without any warning, however most of the time there are some panic attacks symptoms that you can look for and fight it off. Living life with anxiety or panic attacks does not mean that it will consume your overall happiness, there are ways to combat it and I will show you a few examples.

The first thing to know is that anxiety is not an illness, but rather it’s a behavior condition. With this being said, and as I mentioned before, anxiety does and will result in scary sensations and fear. What I mean by sensations is the feelings and thoughts you experience – and only that. The following list that I have compiled are some of the most common panic attacks symptoms. If you experience less than 4 of these panic attacks symptoms than it is called a limited symptom attack.

Here is a list of some of the most common Panic Attacks Symptoms:

Rapid heart bear or a pounding heart Chest pain Light-Headed Sweating Shaking Feeling dreamy Out of body sensation Fear or losing control or going crazy Chills Skin color loss

If you experience any other type of symptom or a number of these symptoms, it does not mean that your condition is getting worse or any different. Diagnosis of anxiety disorders are right on point and accurate, which means that you are suffering from a panic attack. There are, however, people who have anxiety disorder but never actually suffer a panic attack or experience panic attacks symptoms.

The important thing is that if you are experiencing any type of panic attacks symptoms just remember that you are not alone and there is help available around the corner. Although you may feel tired ad shaky after one, never give up hope and continue to strive for information.
